Appointment Policy
All "No Shows" will be charged 100% of their cost of service.
To CANCEL or RESCHEDULE your appointment, press the blue link inside of your text message or email confirmation, and follow the necessary requirements. You MUST cancel or reschedule 2 hours before your appointment to avoid the associated fees. Cancellations / Reschedules can ONLY be made using the link and will not be accepted via Phone, Email or Text Message.
Children are always welcome in our shops if he/she can tolerate sitting through a detailed service comfortably, for everyone.

Our Barbershops are located in highly popular areas. We have very limited parking, please plan accordingly.
Haircut appointments usually last 30 mins. We take pride in our work and need the full appointment time to complete our detailed service. You may be charged a “No Show” fee if you arrive late and a service cannot be performed.
All appointments can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our website. Appointments cannot be made further than 2 weeks in advance online.
Shipping Policy
Standard shipping in the contiguous US will take 7-10 business days, you will receive tracking within this time frame. We are NOT accepting international orders at this time. If you feel your order is missing or has not been received please email us at [email protected], please include your order number in the subject.
Return Policy
All sales are final. However, if you receive damaged or defective products please email us prior to shipping back so we may expedite and resolve with diligence at [email protected]
